I’m the founder of My Assistant Co. I’ve spent years working closely with founders and business owners, supporting the day-to-day realities of running a business alongside the bigger-picture goals that drive it forward.

What I’ve always loved most about this work is people — passionate, inspired individuals building something they genuinely care about. Getting to know their vision, understanding what they’re trying to create, and working alongside them as that idea takes shape has always been the most rewarding part of my role.

In my earlier roles, I saw how much potential existed behind the scenes. Incredible ideas, strong leadership, and clear ambition — often paired with exhaustion, time pressure, and the feeling of having to do everything alone. Not because founders wanted control over every detail, but because the right kind of support wasn’t always available in a way that made sense.

I loved being embedded in businesses at that stage — helping organise the chaos, working through the steps, and creating the space founders needed to stay focused on the parts of the business that mattered most to them. Watching people regain momentum, clarity, and confidence as things started to feel more manageable was, and still is, what brings me the most joy in this work.

That experience is what led me to create My Assistant Co.

I wanted to offer a way for founders and entrepreneurs to access high-level, thoughtful support without feeling like they had to choose between doing everything themselves or committing to a full-time hire that didn’t fit where they were. A model that allowed me to work closely with people who are building something meaningful — supporting from the background, taking ownership of the details, and helping create the space for their ideas to grow.

Today, My Assistant Co. allows me to do what I love most: work alongside driven, creative people, support their vision, and contribute to the growth of businesses built with intention. I take a lot of pride in being useful, dependable, and genuinely invested in the people I work with — and in knowing that my support plays a small but important role in helping others reach their potential.

Since starting the business, that support has naturally grown beyond the workplace. I’ve had the opportunity to work with people navigating busy seasons of life — those who simply need an extra pair of hands, a trusted presence, or support creating space for what matters most. Whether in business or in life, the goal is the same: to bring ease, structure, and flow, and to help people feel supported without having to carry everything on their own.
